Oxygen is the key to natural self-purification. The Drausy® system introduces ambient air in fine bubbles exactly where it’s needed – for example at the bottom of a pond or inside a pressurised sewer line. This enables biological sludge degradation, odour reduction, and phosphate removal.

For decades, Drausy GmbH has been synonymous with healthy, oxygen-rich water - thanks to the so-called aerobic media: a unique method of oxygenating the water body and the water bottom with tiny air bubbles - effectively, with maximum efficiency and without additives. Patented in 1998 and produced in a German-French cooperation.

Oxygen enrichment of the soil environment leads to volume reduction (organic matter), dissolution of decomposition gases and control of siltation.

Preventing algae blooms
Our technology removes excess substances from the water in a sustainable manner. The formation and growth of algae and cyanobacteria is thus greatly reduced.
Stop generating greenhouse gases
The targeted oxygen enrichment prevents the formation of undesirable organic structures - thanks to a fine bubble mat at the bottom. This prevents the formation of decomposition gases.
Preventing odours and corrosion
Unpleasant odours are eliminated by continuous fine-bubble aeration. Corrosive sulphurous gases or gases hazardous to health can no longer form in the aerobically maintained wastewater discharge pipe.
Improve leachate
On-site treatment and subsequent infiltration are achieved when organisms are adapted and enough oxygen is available.
